Meeting was called to order at 5:09 pm by John Campbell, who led the Pledge of Allegiance.

Marc Weekly handed out a report from a group of concerned citizens to Union Township concerning fire service. He stated that he believes that there are several misleading statements and asked the Board if they were going to respond to the report. Mr. Campbell stated that the Board would read the report and discuss at the next meeting. Mr. Weekly asked if there has been a decision on keeping the fire district. Mr. Campbell responded that no decision has been made and he understands that there are ongoing discussions between the Village of Hebron and Union Township.
Approval of Minutes:
Mr. Wolf made a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on March 24, 2022. Mr. Rutter seconded the motion. Roll call results were 3 ayes, 0 nays, 1 abstain with Mr. Moore abstaining. Motion passed.
Fiscal Officer’s Report:
Mrs. Tremblay asked the Board if there were any questions on the March reports. With no questions, Mr. Campbell made a motion to approve the March reports. Mr. Wolf seconded the motion. Roll call results were 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion passed. Mr. Campbell asked for a motion to pay the bills as presented. Mr. Wolf made motion to pay the bills. Mr. Moore seconded the motion. Roll call results were 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion passed.
Fire Chief’s Report:
Interim Chief Wyse presented his activity report of district events that have occurred since the last meeting.
Mr. Moore asked if the mower is still at Station 2 and if the Township is mowing the lot. Interim Chief Wyse stated that the mower is still at Station 2 and he will have to check to see if the Township is mowing. Mr. Moore stated that the Fire District purchased the mower and the garage doors on the building. He informed the Board that the Township agreed to reimburse the Fire District for the doors but hasn’t to date. He also asked the Chief to check on the utilities at the building since the Fire District is still paying for the utilities.
Mr. Moore informed the Board that the Village of Hebron is looking at entering into an agreement to join the West Licking Fire District if this district is dissolved.
Mr. Rutter stated that he received the draft agreement from Granville Township but it is incomplete because exhibit A is not attached to the agreement.
A motion to move into Executive Session, as outlined on the agenda, was not made, nor discussed.
Mr. Rutter made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:38 pm. Mr. Moore seconded the motion. Roll call results were 4 ayes, 0 nays. Motion passed.
